Account Security and Responsibility

Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and will be used first in gameplay. Real money winnings cannot be withdrawn until all active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• bjd99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement has been met, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account.

Game Rules and Fair Play

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the respective game providers. bjd99 does not influence, alter or manipulate individual game outcomes in any way. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjd99 Platform. bjd99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balances associated with such an account:

• Using any software, tool, bot, script, artificial intelligence system or other automated method to gain an unfair advantage in any game, to place bets automatically, or to circumvent any security or fairness measure implemented by bjd99 or its game providers.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, share information about live game states in real time for betting advantage, or engage in any form of match-fixing or event manipulation in connection with sports betting markets offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including using deposits and withdrawals to layer or integrate funds derived from criminal activity, or making deposits with no intention of using those funds for genuine gameplay.
• Registering more than one account, providing false identity information, using another person's identity or payment details without their express consent, or taking advantage of promotional offers in a manner that bjd99 determines to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Responsible Gaming
